L’Unità di Gestione della Qualità (UGQ) del Dottorato è l’organismo interno responsabile del monitoraggio, della valutazione e del miglioramento continuo della qualità del corso di dottorato. In coerenza con il sistema di Assicurazione della Qualità dell’Ateneo, l’UGQ supporta il Coordinatore e il Collegio dei Docenti nella definizione degli obiettivi formativi, nella verifica dei risultati conseguiti, nell’analisi degli indicatori di performance e nella predisposizione della documentazione richiesta ai fini dell’accreditamento e della valutazione periodica. L’UGQ promuove inoltre la raccolta e l’analisi dei feedback dei dottorandi e contribuisce all’individuazione di eventuali azioni correttive o di miglioramento.

2. Tax code application
Once your profile is verified, you can apply for your tax code by uploading:

Admission letter
Visa (for non-EU students)
A photo of your handwritten signature on a blank sheet of paper

3. Processing and delivery
After submission, your request will be processed and sent to the Italian Tax Agency. Please allow a few weeks. Once ready, your tax code will be available directly in the app.

Once they have obtained their Italian tax code, members of the Examination Board must consult the Accounting Office page for instructions and procedures to follow for reimbursement.
