Marco Barletta, a PhD graduate of the 37th cycle of the ITEE doctoral program, supervised by Prof. Marcello Cinque, won the PhD Dissertation Award at the Embedded Real-Time Systems (ERTS) 2026 conference for his doctoral thesis entitled “Mixed-Criticality Orchestration of Real-time Containerized Systems”. The award was conferred by the ERTS-2026 PhD Award Selection Committee.
Dr. Barletta, currently at Huawei in Edinburgh, Scotland, will give a presentation at the ERTS conference on February 5, 2026, in Toulouse, to present the scientific contributions of his doctoral thesis.
